This traditional Rhône Valley white grape has been planted in Sonoma County since the early 1980s, but recently it has become very popular for its combination of bright aromatics and round mouthfeel. We take a lighter approach to the varietal to avoid over-oaking the wine and overpoweing the delicate fruit characteristics. The 2023 Viognier delivers a delightful combination of floral aromas and crisp summer fruit notes. Sourced from a small production ranch in the lower Dry Creek Valley, this wine is partially fermented in neutral oak, resulting in a balanced, supple texture that makes this unique varietal really shine!
