Meeting Minutes from March 12, 2025, Minutes approved (Aaron / Helen)
Treasurer’s Report: checking: $89,798 / savings: $102,366 / CD: $51,557. Check for BT $111k to be deposited.
Events:
Wine Trail – NEXT: May 10, 2025 – 21 wineries so far.
Website: Launched in March. Still cleaning up a few things.
New printed map: Can be picked up at Selby Winery – at all hours. Suggestion to set out mobile map stations at cafes and coffee shops on weekends. Beth will oversee.
Discussion about selling ad space in future maps to member wineries and inns tabled for retreat on May 21.
LOCALS Only – Is it working? Are wineries promoting? Very little feedback to justify $2k month in ads. Beth will check “meet up” ap and make sure we’re listed on wine groups. Misty has connected with ‘Wine Country Moms’. Holding further action until retreat on May 21.
Walkins Welcome Campaign – Not a spendable campaign. Holding off for new Board to address on May 21.
Member Party – Friday – May 9 – 5:30pm-7pm – Coyote Sonoma – Healdsburg.
5:30-6:15 – Passport, check in.

Board Changes – Welcome new members: Julie, Janae, Mari, Alexcis, Lana, Tom. Board elections tabled until retreat on May 21. Brief description of officer duties given by Lillian and Beth.
Old business: discussion- comp event tickets when participating wineries reach promotional benchmarks. Also reimbursements for food/décor on event weekends. Invite Heart of Kenwood to join WR. All tabled for final discussion / decision at retreat on May 21.
New Business: Concierge Association – Debbie & Liana will pour various member wines at meeting.
