Meeting called to order at 9:08am

Meeting Minutes from November 13, 2024. Minutes approved (Jack / Katie)
Treasurer’s Report: estimates: 200k checking, 100k savings, 50k CD
Janae Franicevic – Sunce Winery – guest speaker about the value of WR. Many suggestions for continued success in a changing market:
WR reservation system and shopping cart for guest convenience.
Allow member wineries to purchase a limited number of discounted tickets to WR events for their best customers.
Invite Heart of Kenwood to join WR as members.
Create a sliding scale for annual fee based on wine production.
Seek out and apply for grants.
Require mandatory participation in at least one event per year.
Offer a 1 minute weekly update to engage members in latest WR news.
Offer a video presentation of accolades from satisfied member wineries and hotels – the positive impact of membership.
Events:
Wine Trail – currently 100 tickets sold
Winter Wineland – did not meet goal
Barrel Weekend – suggestion to send out personalized message.
Website: New design under construction. Almost ready.
Board Elections – No one has applied so far.
Member Party – Tentative Date: Thursday – May 8, 2025
