Hello to all of our winery members –
I know we have mentioned that as part of our 50th Anniversary, we are planning a big Grand Tasting event in Sept. This will be a night to really celebrate the achievements of Wine Road over the past 50 years, celebrate our members, and highlight the founding members, who set us on this path.
We want this to be a night to remember! We hope that you want to be a part of it.
It’s time for wineries sign up to POUR at our 50th Anniversary Grand Tasting, Sept. 26th at Foppiano Winery – a founding Wine Road member.
The event will be outdoors from 4:00-7:00pm
It will include:
Wine Tasting Tables
Food Stations
Live Music
Silent Auction to benefit the Redwood Empire Food Bank
Instant Cellar Raffle for Museum
The Museum and Wine Road will both have memorabilia on display.
Guests will receive a goody back with wine, a glass and other items when they leave.
50 years – this is a huge milestone! We would LOVE to see you there sharing your wine, mingling with friends and co-workers, dancing and celebrating all that we have achieved. This should be an epic night.
To sign-up we just need the winery name and the contact person we will need to include on all event details.
Our goal is to sell 200 tickets – but we need the participating wineries to help with that.
We will provide each winery with a link to purchase tickets (or to share the link to their club members). We hope that we can count on each winery either buying or selling 4 tickets at $100 each (exclusive price for you and your customers only).
You can include the link in your club email or on social to help sell them, or you can purchase and give to your VIP customers or your staff. Customers buying from a winery link will be saving $25 per ticket. Each winery will be provided their own link to share.
Each winery pouring will be provided with 2 tickets for the staff pouring.
We will close the sign-up once we have 50 wineries on board, so please don’t hesitate if you are interested.
Once sign-up is closed, we will share links for each winery to purchase or sell tickets, that link will be good until June 30.
After June 30th the price will increase to $125 when it launches to the General Public.
On Sept. 1st they will increase to $150.
