Grown adjacently on Sunce’s estate, they were harvested and whole-cluster-fermented together. An extended aging of eighteen months in 30% new French oak adds depth and silk. A refined, fully expressive dark plum, interspersed with fennel and all-spice awaken the senses to an unnamable nostalgia-laden finish.
