DEEDS is a limited production, vintage-specific representation of the complexity that can be achieved by targeting select fruit sources and then artfully blending those components for maximum impact. Cabernet Sauvignon provides strength and consistency, while the additional, highlighted varietals of the vintage imbue depth, layers of flavor and uniqueness of experience. The 2021 DEEDS is dense in color and exploding with diverse fruits on the nose. The wine exudes an underlying richness and depth from the aromas to the palate. You will find inviting hints of lavender, plum and lilac paired with vanilla and baking spice as you approach the wine. In addition to the dark red cherries, plum and cassis, there are delightful additions of blueberry, blackberry and a touch of rhubarb that round out the blend with great balance. The artful use of select French Oak Barrels provides nuanced tannin and exceptional mouth feel across the entire palate, with a lingering, pleasant finish that invites another sip.
